James J. Biwald Jr. is a seasoned building façade and construction industry professional, and a partial owner of Walsh Facade Services Inc. With more than two decades of hands‑on experience, James has developed deep expertise across both technical and financial aspects of façade construction and project delivery.
Over the course of his career, James has worn many hats — from on‑site leadership to executive management. In recent years, he has stepped into key roles as Project Executive and Project Manager, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on how to deliver complex façade projects on time and on budget. This blend of experience allows him to intimately understand not only installation challenges but also the financial dynamics, risk management, and profitability drivers underpinning each project.
At Walsh Facade Services Inc., James helps guide strategic direction, optimize operations, and ensure that every project aligns with both technical excellence and financial discipline. His leadership is grounded in accountability, collaboration with clients and suppliers, and a commitment to delivering high value without compromising quality or integrity.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. Much of his free time is devoted to supporting his kids’ athletic pursuits — driving them to soccer, baseball and basketball practice, and cheering them on from the sidelines. He is also passionate about sports himself and serves as a college soccer coach, sharing his love of the game and mentoring young athletes.
