Known as the Citizen Condominiums, the luxury building at 124 West 23rd street is at the nexus of Chelsea, the Flatiron District, and Madison Square Park. The 29-unit 16-story building has Wausau windows installed by Walsh. Walsh also fabricated and installed the curtain wall, storefront, rails, and glass canopy at the entrance, and the painted insulated slab covers featured throughout the building.
