Serving as the flagship residence hall for the School of Visual Arts, 407 First Avenue at 24th Street is an L-shaped building comprised of two tiers, 6 stories and 14 stories high. Walsh Glass & Metal installed Wausau Window walls in all 242 residential suites, as well as the custom storefront work in the retail area on the ground floor.
